Wandering around and seeing Seabird

The briefing will be at East Perth, departure at 9:00.
We zap up Tonkin (a necessary evil) then romp our way through Chittering for a first stop at the world famous Bindoon Bakery for morning coffee. New road guarantee applies to this first half. Refuel opportunity at Bindoon – at approx 105kms
From there, we head to the coast, for lunch at the Seabird Tavern. Food is acceptable; views are great, company superb. There is no fuel station in Seabird.
After lunch, we head south, NOT all on Indian Ocean Drive and down Old Yanchep Rd
Near the end point, I have 30 km optional side ride, or riders can head off at their own pace and direction. Clue – this bit is a power ride, but not necessarily fast.
Ride protocols end at Old Yanchep Rd – Neaves Rd intersection.
The East Perth to East Perth distance is 300 kms or 330 kms with the mystery side ride.
