The Guy Gibson Memorial Ride

Tremendous Twisties, Dams Galore and a Dog and a Duck

This ride will take you through the hills on familiar and possibly unfamiliar roads taking in at least 5 dams, with a plethora of curves and at least one u-turn (sorry! but necessary).

•             Briefing and start point – 9am East Perth

•             Morning coffee at “Bean to Brook” (Pickering Brook) around the 70 km mark

•             Lunch at “Cafe on the Dam” (Serpentine Dam) around the 160 km mark.

•             After Lunch, those who soldier on will enjoy some of the more interesting roads south of the river and including perhaps a Dog and the Duck

•             The ride ends at Anketell Rd (230 km)

 (Almost) guaranteed to be the twistiest ride in 2021

P.S   The 14th February is Valentine’s Day –  so please settle-up with partners in advance, enabling you to arrive in time for briefing with a smile on your dial.  The ride leader will accept chocolates in lieu of roses that would otherwise be trashed strapped to the pillion seat
