Ulysses Memorial Ride

MEMORIAL RIDE – SUNDAY 12th SEPTEMBER

The Memorial Ride is an important day on the Ulysses Calendar. It is a day that is recognised nationally, and this year in Western Australia the Hosts are Armadale, Joondalup and Warnbro Sound Wanderers, as they all celebrate their 20th Anniversary.
All of our branches have lost members that have held a special place in our hearts, and we hope that this year members will make an extra effort to show their respect to those that have ridden on.
After the service, we would like to invite all branches to join us in the gazebo at Lake Leschenaultia for a sausage sizzle, which all three branches will be supplying and you can purchase your drinks from the on-site café.
The ride will assemble at Midland Gate Shopping Centre and depart at 10.30am. We will then ride in the left hand lane to Lake Leschenaultia. There will be corner markers and we will travel at or below the speed limit, so it will be suitable for all riders. Entry to the Lake on the day is free.
There will be a short service at 11.30am followed by lunch.
Perth Branch will depart from BP East Perth at 9am for the ride to Midland Gate.
