Shannons was the brainchild of the late Robert Shannon who created an insurance business in the early seventies run by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts. Its insurance product is specially tailored to individual needs and relies on direct contact with clients rather than through other agents or brokers.
Today Shannons has offices in all state capitals, the ACT and Northern Territory. Across Australia Shannons is the first choice of motoring enthusiasts when it comes to insuring their special cars, motorcycles and homes, as well as the day to day cars of owners.
Since 1981 Shannons Auctions have conducted Australia's biggest collectable vehicle auctions including the prestigious Australian International Motor Show Auction in Sydney and The Melbourne International Motor Show.
Shannons has grown with the support from the Australian Car and Bike Clubs movement and is intimately involved in supporting clubs and motoring enthusiasts through promotions and event sponsorships of swap meets, rallies and concours each year. Martin Lovell is a manufacturing Jeweller with over 23 years experience.
I craft " different " pieces of jewellery. I craft to my designs or to the specifications of my clients. Quite often my clients are surprised that I can use their existing jewellery that is no longer worn or has been handed down thru the family, but is not in a styling to their taste, and transform the " old " into the "new ", retaining the sentimentality which is so important.
I feel privileged that my clients entrust me with that sentimentality.
