• Lunch at Cape Bouvard Winery.

• Enjoy a fine wine over lunch then take a scenic walk to the lake to see Lake Clifton's unique Stromatolites. This is one of the two places in Western Australia where you can see the world's first life form.
• Set in a grove of Tuarts and Willows on the edge of Yalgorup National Park and Lake Clifton, Cape Bouvard is worth a visit just for the scenery.

• Waroona's All Australian Car Day VIII is far more than a classic car show - it's a family friendly event with something for everyone. Attracting large numbers of both classic cars and visitors, it is one of the largest classic car events in regional Western Australia. In addition to the display of around 500 classic Australian cars visitors will be able to browse the huge market area with 100 plus stalls providing a variety of craft, produce and automotive related goods. • Darling Ranges - via Bullsbrook, Bindoon, Toodyay, Clackline, York.
• Start from East Perth 9 a.m. then up to Bindoon for coffee, via Bullsbrook and the scenic and twisty Chittering Rd.
• Next up the Bindoon hill and on to Toodyay where (unlike every other m/cyclist in Perth), we don't tarry.
• Head now via various picturesque backroads to York for lunch at Saints Diner
• Return via Great Southern Highway (a personal favourite!) to the city.
• All up a 300km ride with plenty of varied road conditions for all bike configurations and riding styles.

• 2011 Ulysses Club Exmouth Rally will be held at Exmouth Cape Holiday Park in Exmouth WA 1271 klm north of Perth. The Park has deluxe Family Cabins, chalets, caravan and tent sites. • This is a nice little run we do every year, albeit over some familiar roads.
• As long as it doesn't rain, the picnic site below the dam is very pleasant and picturesque.
• Toilet facilities are a bit shabby / non existant, so plan ahead!
• The run takes us via orchard country / Pickering Brook, along Canning Road and on a great bit of narrow winding road past Canning Dam.
• Then it's up to Jarrahdale for morning tea, followed by the well trodden tourist route down and back up the scarp to Dwellingup.
• We'll re-group there before tackling the twisties and sweepers on the back way through to Waroona Dam.
• The branch's BBQ trailer is going and that there will be sausages, buns and onions etc provided by the club.

• We're riding to Collie. (Unless it rains a lot). This ride happens roughly once per year.
• We travel via the Brookton Highway, to Brookton for morning coffee.
• From there, it is via Narrogin to Williams for fuel, before taking the scenic way to Collie.
• In Collie we stop for lunch at the usual cafe.
• Following that, we ride down the picturesque escarpment and head for Bunbury for afternoon tea/coffee, fuel up at Australind, and make our way home via Harvey and Pinjarra.

• Details are as follows:
• This year the assembly area is at the corner of Great Eastern Hwy and Lloyd St, opposite McDonalds Midland, meeting from 9.30am for a 10.30am departure.
• Someone will collect the entrance fee for the park at the assembly point ($3.50 for motorbikes; more for cars, buses etc).
• We will then ride as a group in the left lane up Great Eastern Hwy to Lake Leschenaultia.
• We have reserved the gazebo where there will be a short Memorial service.
• Branches are encouraged to stay for lunch at the Lake after the Service.
• It is hoped that all Branches will ride to the Lake together this year. Any Branches not wanting to ride with the main group are welcome to ride at the rear.
• The Memorial Ride is a National event, with Branches all over Australia meeting to ride to Memorial Services at parks across the nation.

• We will cruise down the Freeway before heading into the hills for a leisurely ride to the Dwellingup Cafe for morning tea. After a cuppa and scones we will visit West Coast Motorcycle Clothing to snap up a biking bargain then set off for a scenic ride to Pinjarra and Harvey.
• Our next stop will be the Harvey Cheese factory to sample yummy cheeses, jams, pickles and other gourmet delights.
• After another short ride we will stretch the legs and grab a tasty bite for lunch at the Wokalup Cafe before the final leg to Bunbury ... only 46 kilometres to go!
• If all is going well, we hope to arrive at The Clifton Motel around 2pm.
• At 3pm (if you're not planning a nanna nap) we will take a quick twisty ride to the 'Bonking Frog Winery' to sample their renown wine selection and purchase a bottle or three.

• New Norcia - a picturesque destination after winding through some scenic countryside.
• Up West Coast Highway and Marmion Ave for morning tea at Yanchep Beach Lagoon. Then to Wanneroo/Lancelin Road via Two Rocks. Cut across from Wanneroo/Lancelin Road via Observatory to Gingin road. Through Gingin and nearly to Bindoon, then turning onto the Bindoon/Moora Road. Right at Magumber, taking you through to New Norcia for lunch at the pub
• Return via Great Northern Hwy to Bindoon. After Bindoon, turn off left onto the Chittering Valley circuit. Come out at Bullsbrook and then back through the Swan Valley to home.

• From BP head off down the Stirling HWY to Freo, Then head south along Cockburn Road onto Rockingham road. From Rockingham, onwards to Mandurah Via Ennis Ave/Mandurah Rd then head east through Pinjarra where morning tea can be obtained at Evandale tearooms.
• Carrying on towards Dwellingup where supplies can be purchased if you have not brought from home if you wish to have a BBQ. Follow the signs to the Baden Powell water spout from here
• Its off Nanga Road which heads south about 1 km on the east side of dwellingup. There is no food outlet at the Water Spout
• Wow this is perfect for November. Go for a swim, rockclimbing, or shoot the rapids ,maybe the canoe guy is there and you can hire a canoe ? have a Barby whatever your fancy!

• Join the Swingers on this five-day ride along some little explored roads in the Deep South and Far East of Western Australia. Here is a chance to ride the Great Ocean Drive around Esperance, tour the magnificent Cape le Grande National Park, and clamber over Wave Rock at Hyden.

• Ride to Dardanup.
• Numbers will be required for this fascinating visit to a world-class display.
• The restored steam-operated sawmill will be working on this day, and for an entrance fee of $15 we can spend as long as we like browsing the huge (7000m2) display of pioneering and farm machinery, replica mill settlement, extensive military display (including a Leopard tank!), over 150 working tractors & dozers, gemstones, shearing shed and heritage dairy and pioneering memorabilia.
• In order to spend as much time at Dardanup as possible (the displays take at least 2hrs) Doug from Armadale will lead us straight down Great Sthn Hwy to Harvey, morning tea will be at Captain Stirling tearooms on the river, then on to Dardanup. Although there is a choice for lunch, we thought the finger-food lunch at $15 a head would be the go: homemade sausage rolls, mini quiches, variety of party pies and sandwiches, with a selection of cakes and slices and after-dinner mints with DIY tea and coffee (booking required for a minimum of 15 people).
• Alternatively, we could choose the BBQ lunch at $24/hd (booking required for a minimum of 20 people), or there is a full smorgasbord at $33/hd.
• This will be a great day out but as you can see we need nominated numbers because the lunch has to be pre-ordered.
• So, put your hand up guys and let us know your preference for lunch, but make the commitment to come along to make this a terrific Branch outing.
