·        Garry Warner has already started some good work on the 2017 toy run, If things go to plan we will have again a 2 car police escort with green traffic lights for the whole run and we have permission to park on the foreshore footpath as the rangers have been fining bikes parked outside Dome.

·        GERALDTON RIDE CONCERNS IN SUMMARY: It was decided after some discussion to do the following. Pick a ride leader, Have a 5 minute warning before the departure time, Leave on time, Have the ride leader wait until tail end Charlie gives the signal to leave, Ride leader to ride slightly under the speed limit until all riders catch up, everyone to take the same route as agreed before departure, New riders to buddy up with a more experienced member so they feel more comfortable, Faster riders to ride up front so they don’t have to pass slower bikes (behind ride leader), Nominate catch up points such as Northampton if going to Horrocks so pack can regroup, When returning home ask if anyone wants to join you to share the enjoyment of riding together and safety. In a seperate page there is a suggested list of things to do on ride day, Please think of ways to improve it by next meeting.
