The Ulysses Club Perth Branch will hold its Annual General Meeting on 12 May 2022. This will be held at the usual social meeting venue of the Stirling Arms Hotel, Guildford. The early birds arrive at 6pm for a meal and chat, with the meeting starting at 7:30pm.
The primary activity for the night will be to elect the committee members for the 2022 – 2023 year. The current committee members vacate their roles and the elections are then held to choose the new committee. This can include re-electing the previous members.
To be considered for any of the committee roles, including President, Secretary and Treasurer as well as normal committee members, a completed nomination form must be received by 14 April (28 days before the election). The Nominator, Seconder and Nominee must all be current financial members of the Ulysses Club Inc. People with a keen interest in the club are encouraged to apply.
The linked nomination form can be printed, completed and then emailed to the Secretary@ulysses-wa.org or handed to the President, Secretary or Treasurer by 14th April.
